Sweden Lakes and Rivers

All orders are shipped free of charge throughout Switzerland. There is no minimum order value and no shipping surcharge. We deliberately do not offer express options to keep prices and processes simple.

After confirmed payment, your order usually leaves our warehouse within 1–3 business days. Delivery via Swiss Post takes another 2–11 business days, so the total delivery time is 3–14 business days after payment.

As soon as your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can check the current status at any time via the "Track order" page.

The risk passes to you or to a person nominated by you upon handover. In case of visible transport damage, accept the delivery with reservation and report the damage within 48 hours.

If a parcel cannot be delivered, you will receive a pickup notice from the carrier. In case of unjustified refusal, the return costs of the parcel are borne by the customer.

You can return unopened items within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The item must be returned in complete original packaging, with intact accessories and without signs of use.

Please announce your return by email to support@ac-storen.ch quoting your order number. You will receive a return note with a prepaid label. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

After we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price within 5 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the operation may appear within a further 1–3 business days.

The following are excluded from the return right: opened software, map downloads, personalised items and items whose seal has been broken where such sealing is for hygiene or safety reasons.

Independent of the voluntary return right, a statutory warranty of 2 years applies under Art. 210 CO. In case of defects, you are entitled to repair, replacement or, if these are not possible, rescission or price reduction.

Please report defects or transport damage within 48 hours of receipt to support@ac-storen.ch. Keep packaging and accessories until the complaint is settled.

Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Visa/Mastercard debit cards, and TWINT. We deliberately do not offer other payment methods to keep processes simple and safe.

Your payment data is transmitted encrypted via a PCI-DSS certified bank payment platform. We do not store full credit card numbers or security codes.

For card payments, the amount is reserved upon order confirmation and finally charged on shipment. With TWINT, the charge is executed immediately after approval in the TWINT app.

All prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT (currently 8.1 %). The VAT amount is shown separately on the order confirmation and on the invoice.

After payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The invoice is enclosed with the parcel.
