Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard and TWINT. Payments are processed via our Swiss banking partner’s certified acquiring platform. All prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT.
Accepted payment methods
Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Visa/Mastercard debit cards, and TWINT. We deliberately do not offer other payment methods to keep processes simple and safe.
Payment security
Your payment data is transmitted encrypted via a PCI-DSS certified bank payment platform. We do not store full credit card numbers or security codes.
Charge and authorisation
For card payments, the amount is reserved upon order confirmation and finally charged on shipment. With TWINT, the charge is executed immediately after approval in the TWINT app.
Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT (currently 8.1 %). The VAT amount is shown separately on the order confirmation and on the invoice.
Confirmation and invoice
After payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The invoice is enclosed with the parcel.
Declined payments
If a payment is declined, please check your card limit, 3-D Secure activation and validity. If the issue persists, contact support@ac-storen.ch.
