Semantic regions, skip link, visible keyboard focus, adequate targets, four language declarations, reduced motion and increased contrast are supported.
Test plan
Pages will be checked at 320 px, with keyboard, screen reader, zoom, reduced motion and automated rules, with reproducible evidence retained.

Include URL, language, device, browser, assistive technology and blocked step. A verified accessible contact route will be published before launch.
